The room was very clean.

The bed was not comfortable at all.

We enjoyed our stay there but the only problem was the bed was not comfortable at all. I would have also liked to see an extra blanket in the room so we don't need to turn on the heater. The service was great. I would highly recommended the hotel to my friends and family. ...read more

This hotel was recently renovated and is near restaurants and across the street from a small mall.

Parking was slightly tight and not enough for everyone. We were lucky to find a stall for both nights there.

Although this hotel structure is more like a motel setting, it is clean since it has been recently renovated, everything is almost new. It is close to restaurants and supermarket. The pool is in a welcoming location within the hotel.

The air condition unit is
very loud.

The location is convenient and easy to find - front desk staff was friendly and facilities were
clean. The pool area is very nice. Breakfast area is very small, difficult to serve yourself. The water temperature in the Jacuzzi was very low. Overall a nice place to stay if they can do something about the

Our non-smoking room reeked of smoke. The air conditioner was very loud and made sleeping difficult.

This hotel was very clean and roomy and very comfortable.

I liked everything about it.

I thought I was staying in a regular room with a bath, but to my surprise I walked into a suite. I felt at home right away. It had all the conveniences of home and I enjoyed staying there very much.

The hotel was just remodeled and was nice. Had refrigerator/micro in room too.

There was not enough parking for the hotel and hotel is on a busy street.

Good place to stay if only for a few days. Location is close to all, but on a busy street. The remodeled room was clean and comfortable.

The front desk called to make sure the room was okay.

The only room with a Jacuzzi was a smoking room.

Another clean Best Western. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to freeway and surrounding restaurants.

The noisy AC.

This is not a fancy hotel but has all the necessities. The room was not plush but clean and comfortable. The location was great for quick access to the 101 and near lots of choices for dinning. It was on a busy street that had foot traffic in the evenings. ...read more

The mattress was horrible, it was hard, therefore my spouse and I were unable to sleep.
